Our country is small but with massive potential for generating hydroelectric power.

The diversified physical layout of our country and huge source of free flowing water is boon for us but we have not been able to utilize this freely available resource to generate electricity to fulfill the needs of our population.

If all investors, individuals and government coordinate for the development of hydro power projects, then, in the near future we will be able to meet our energy needs and even supply to our neighboring countries increasing revenue for the government which helps meet other unmet development needs of our country.

This will certainly become a new milestone for the economic development and economic growth of  our country if we act wisely for the development of hydro power projects.

Barun Hydropower limited is our small effort with numerous projects planned for the near future.

Barun Hydro power limited has already invested in Upper Hewa Khola Hydropower Company Private Limited and Peoples Hydro Power Company Limited and have planned to invest in Super Dordi “Kha” and Down Piluwa in coming future. We, as a team, are working for the greater cause, and our every decision is directed for wealth maximization of our shareholders and for prosperous Nepal as a whole.
